I am a long time patient. Dr. Wiater is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful. I will continue to seek my care from him for my medical need.

He's always been one of the friendlier doctors I've seen. Given how extraordinarily busy he is, he's always very personable. I saw four or five Ortho surgeons before deciding that I had more confidence in him than anyone else. I pity any doctor for having to deal with me as a patient, but he does so very kindly. The morning of the surgery I had in 2021, he just said--very spontaneously and authentically before I was put under,--"I just want to help you." It was very comforting. He was very thorough before the surgery(as in right before, making sure everything was addressed), and he dramatically improved a nerve problem I'd had for over a year in my arm.

Made to feel very comfortable and with lots of hope

I was one hour early for my first appointment with him. Ended up waiting another hour to be seen. Then as he left to get my cortisone shot, he went into another room, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to complete my visit.

Doctors can only be rated as those who support them. I have no issues with my direct interactions with DR Wiater, however the team supporting and working in the Beverly Hills office fell down significantly in my care. From failing to send prescriptions after my initial injury and visit, as well as never following up, returning calls, or answering questions via medical assistance line voicemails, on call after hours surgeon requests for call back, and messages on patient portal —all went ignored and the holidays were used as an excuse from Ruth the office manager. We never faced such blatant disregard from other doctors in the MOS umbrella and my family has seen several…Sobol, Sadowski, Saleh and Rhodes. I can’t figure out if it’s the Beverly Hills office, the competency of staff or the lack of appropriate expectations by the doctors at this practice location, but it was a very confusing, disappointing and painful experience.
