Dr. Brett Schiffman is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Dr. Schiffman has advanced training in hand and microsurgery with expertise in upper extremity trauma and complex fractures, work and sports-related injuries, degenerative and arthritic conditions, as well as nerve and vascular conditions. He has published on topics including complex elbow and forearm trauma, elbow instability, elbow MRI utilization, bone healing, and vitamin D metabolism. He has previously been the team physician for Palatine High School varsity football in Illinois.
Dr. Schiffman specializes in providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Known for his thoughtful diagnostic approach and patient-centered care, Dr. Schiffman works collaboratively with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that best address their unique needs.

He was very caring and listened to me since the first time I met him. Dr. Schiffman took care of my trigger finger problem and even though the injections were painful they were so worth it! My oozing is gone and no more stiffness or stick fingers or pain. So I highly recommend him for your situations 💯 Thank you Dr. and I will be back in the future.
