Canceled appointment without telling me because I had seen a different doctor before for same problem. Said I had to see the other doctor who had shown no interest in my pain or helping me to get relief from the arthritis pain, stiffness & swelling in my hand, even though the test results showed I did not have carpal tunnel, finally gave me cortison shots for my hand & insisted I had carpal tunnel. The shot worked but wore off after 3 months. I am changing to a different orthopedic clinic totally.

I’m so impressed with Dr Puckett, he gave me a new outlook on life!! He came highly recommended in my search for a 2nd opinion. After being told nothing could be done for debilitating (at times) thumb arthritis by the 1st doctor, Dr Puckett said he absolutely has options. I received a steroid injection (without having to make another appointment). Wish I could say the same greatness about the rest of the visit. The parking lot war, unorganized front desk, and grouchy, impatient patients who struggle to find seating is an absolute nightmare.

Waited over an hour for my appointment had at least three other individuals go before me with same doctor that had appointments after me. I am a former patient and have never had this experience before. I never saw doctor after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting.

He gave me an injection in my pinky knuckle. My hand wrist elbow are swollen and I can’t use my left arm. I took Trammadol and it didn’t help at all. But, Dr Puckett was gentle
