1st visit very pleasant
Professional in all ways. Friendly and knowledgeable. Makes you feel comfortable. Easy to talk with and knows how to listen.
I think it is probably the kindest doctor I’ve ever been to. He worked on my husband‘s elbow six years ago, which was perfect and with my condition took the time to explain what was going on and what to expect that may happen in the future, but not to worry Because if if it does progress, I will be in good hands. I know because he’s an excellent surgeon. Can’t speak more positively about him.
Answered questions about needed surgery and performed a very thorough exam of the wrist. Wonderful bedside manner.
Dr. Puckett was the most personable and professional doctor I’ve ever met. He carefully explained what was causing my pain.
On time. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Empathetic and listens. Light out a plan nothing but good.
