Dr. Puckett is amazing!! He performed my trigger thumb surgery recently, and I've also seen him for an elbow issue. My trigger thumb surgery went so well that I didn't even need pain medication afterwards and my recovery was much quicker than expected. He's always very professional, knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. Dr. Puckett is highly talented in his field!

Canceled appointment without telling me because I had seen a different doctor before for same problem. Said I had to see the other doctor who had shown no interest in my pain or helping me to get relief from the arthritis pain, stiffness & swelling in my hand, even though the test results showed I did not have carpal tunnel, finally gave me cortison shots for my hand & insisted I had carpal tunnel. The shot worked but wore off after 3 months. I am changing to a different orthopedic clinic totally.

The parking lot war, unorganized front desk, and grouchy, impatient patients who struggle to find seating is an absolute nightmare.
