I'm very critical of doctors and have a hard time trusting the (especially with my kids) but from day 1 Dr Owen's has been amazing. I loved how, I was the mom not the patient and he spoke to my 13yr old daughter about it all made her feel comfortable. He also addressed me but his main focus was her. He called the night before the surgery to check on her (around 8pm) and also checked on her the night of her surgery (again around 8pm). He made her feel so comfortable during surgery that he even let her pick the music in the operating room. Then he even put a bandage on her stuffed animal to match hers. There needs to be more doctors like Dr Brett Owens.

Dr. Owens is wonderful. The attention to detail and genuine care for his patients is top notch. It's refreshing to have a doctor not just "go through the motions", but really take the time to make sure our child is well cared for. From calling the night before, to coming out to talk to us after the surgery instead of a phone call, and to calling that night to check in shows his true compassion.

His office staff was also extremely fast and efficient. The night before surgery Dr. Owens called me to check in with me. That was a really nice surprise. No Dr. Has ever called prior to surgery. He touched base just before surgery. He then called me later in the evening to check in again. Two thumbs to you Dr. Owens!

Doctor Brett Owens is an excellent doctor who did my acl fix and the treatment was very good giving me more patience to go through and help me during pain management. He gave me very good positive vibes whenever i had an appointment with him. I had more confidence. At right time he gave more support and the acl surgery by doctor and the treatment thereafter was very good. I would like to refer doctor to many of my friends

Preoperative and postoperative phone calls made by the surgeon himself are unheard of in this day/era. It was refreshing to have a doctor with so much empathy and concern for the patient. He explained everything preop and postoperative with images of what was done...he allowed time for questions if needed but he and his staff were so thorough, no questions were needed. A+++!

Dr. Owens helped me return from a pretty horrific knee injury (skiing). He laid out all the pros and cons of each choice available to me, which helped us make the right care decisions together. He was supportive of my desire to use my own tissue for the graft. The surgery went very well, and his post-surgical care and support have me on track to get back to 100% quickly. Dr. Owens is a very knowledgeable doctor with great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anybody!

Follow up visit. Very brief meeting with MD. MD aware of problem but would have liked to discuss our concerns in more detail. Spent more time in waiting and exam rooms than with MD

He knows his stuff and seems to really care about what the patient has experienced and needs in order to continue living their best life. He took the time to understand what I was hoping for as a result, helping me understand where I am at physically, and where I could potentially get to. He also supported me against my health insurance company, which was great appreciated.

I've never had this type of knee surgery so I can only comment on my experience not from a medical stand point. I had a complete tear of the patella tendon. Excellent, very little scaring after an initial huge set of stiches. Pain free, full movement of my leg and knee. When I've meet people in the medical profession and tell them the injury I had each one has marveled at my recovery. It must be Brett!!
