Even though this was my first visit he was familiar with my issue as he had reviewed by MRI, x-rays and previous records. He patiently listened to my questions and concerns and addressed them all. He did not rush me. He was not condescending or haughty like so many specialists are. He was very helpful in setting up a treatment plan to improve my quality of life until I was ready for surgery.
