His assistant was unhelpful and condescending. Tried to take an unneeded X-ray for an established arch problem. He never came in to assess, went straight to spending my money. Has no clue surrounding the quintuple Aim

I was referred to Dr. Albert by one of his colleagues for a procedure my doctor is unable to perform. I was a little hesitant on meeting a new doctor but from the moment Dr. Albert walked in he put my nerves at ease. I had some reservations about the procedure my doctor recommended but the moment Dr. Albert walked in I knew I was in good hands, he listened to concerns I had and answered all questions. I left there feeling more comfortable regarding the procedure I will be having.
