Dr. Brent Fowler, D.O., is a board-certified family physician with fellowship training in sports medicine. He provides compassionate, full-spectrum care for patients of all ages, from newborns to elderly adults, with a focus on building lasting relationships and helping families stay healthy through every stage of life.
Originally trained at Rocky Vista University, Dr. Fowler completed his residency in Casper, Wyoming, where he served as chief resident and volunteered with the local sheriff’s search and rescue team. He then completed a sports medicine fellowship at CHRISTUS Health in San Antonio, gaining advanced skills in musculoskeletal injury care, ultrasound-guided joint injections, and fracture management.

Very thorough.
He was very attentive, and asked lots of questions about my health. He wanted to make sure I was going to get the best help to make me well again. Very easy to communicate with.

Dr. Fowler has gone above and beyond to provide my son the help he needs. Dr. Fowler shows true compassion for his patients. I would give him 10 stars if I had the option.
I just thank you for Dr Fowler! I have had a mole on my back for years and once in a while I told him that it looks like a big ground scab and he knows what it is and he looked at the other bowls I have and they’re gonna send me to their dermatologist and I’m really glad. I’m grateful that I have a Doctor Who understands me.
Dr. Fowler is an excellent physician, and our family is very happy with the choice we made. He is attentive, compassionate, committed, and genuinely caring in the way he treats his patients. Our 11-year-old daughter felt very comfortable during her visit and really liked him, which means a lot to us as parents. We have always chosen DO physicians as our primary care providers, including our daughter’s pediatrician, so when we moved to this area, we specifically looked for a DO. We were fortunate to find Dr. Fowler, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. We highly recommend Dr. Fowler to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly patient-centered physician!
