Dr. Carlyle is interested in all aspects of general urology. His training includes surgical and medical management of erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate/BPH), complex kidney stone disease, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, and bladder cancer. He is trained in robotic, laparoscopic, endoscopic and traditional open surgical techniques.
Dr. Carlyle is experienced in repair of pelvic organ prolapse in women using minimally invasive robotic surgery techniques (robotic sacrocolpopexy). Dr Carlyle especially enjoys the surgical management of kidney cancer (robotic partial nephrectomies and radical nephrectomies).
He is experienced at performing advanced urinary control procedures such as sacral nerve modulation for incontinence (Interstim/Axonics), botox, urethral slings, etc.
Dr. Carlyle is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association and has presented research at several urologic conferences.
He is happily married to his wife Lauren and they are the proud parents of five children.
