Prior to this, he graduated summa cum laude with honors in biology from West Virginia University, then remained in his home state to receive his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine. At that time, he graduated in the top 1% of the class with honors in nearly every medical specialty.

Wonderful! Great doc and staff.
Br Beloitte and staff are very efficient, and good at what they do. I am generally in and out of their office very quickly, but I always get all my questions answered and any explanations about my treatment or my eye issues answered. I’ve never had to worry about billing or insurance issues either. And as busy as they are, I can generally get an appointment when I want it, with limited time in the waiting room. I highly recommend for cataract surgery or any other eye issues!
