Can't rate Dr. B as I didn't see him even though he was who the appointment was scheduled with. Saw Carla who was great! Also saw a resident who briefly examen my thymb, ordered trays and never came back
Was supposed to see the doctor today but only saw an assistant. My finger still has pain but according to the assistant I just need to keep doing what I'm doing and don't need to come back. I'm very confused.
The PA assigned to me was 💯 the worst PA I have ever encountered. She needs to go back to the basics in patient care. And get rid of that smug look on her face. Also, the doctor told the nurse across the hall to get my hand bandaged, did she NO. I’m not a welfare case, what made that PA think she can treat patients with so much disrespect and not be called out is mine boggling. Who wouldn’t be upset?!?
AWESOME!
I’ve never really had a discussion with him. His assistant Carla is wonderful!
Joy was very helpful in finishing my post-surfical visit.
