Related well. Knowledgeable. Sociable. Attentive. Took time to evaluate injury thoroughly. Repaired injury better than I had feared it could be. I am most pleased with outcome.

He was talking to someone outside my room and I heard the whole conversation. I think it was his nurse and he was dropping f bombs like crazy and being very disrespectful . I felt sorry for his staff. No one should be treated that way.

I checked in at 2:00 for my 2:00 appointment. I got back to the room at 2:10. I stayed in the room till 2:50. I had another appointment at 3:00. I understand Brent is busy but the nurse could had come into the room and told me he is busy. I’m a professional and have other appointments for the day also. I left at 2:50 for my 3:00 appointment. Never did hear anything from him. If he double book’s appointments I understand. But let the patient know what is going on. I’m not going to stay there all day waiting for a dr. Golfers do not want to wait for a lesson that I book. Better time management. Or let the patient know and rebook an appointment.
Will he reschedule me for an appointment. I paid $60 for for a copay. I would like that back. Or reschedule me.
The nurse did not let me know that he was running late. I did ask he if he was there. She said yes. I understand if he was in a surgery and couldn’t see me.
