Although I was given exercises and PT referral, my condition was not well-explained to me. It would have helped if he showed me my X-rays, or at least reviewed my situation with me by looking at a model or diagram together and discussing it The appointment left me with little incentive to follow through, and no additional knowledge about how treatment options offered could improve my situation.

Everything was fine, but no one warned me before this visit that I would have to have PT and an MRI before I could get a cortisone shot. Not his fault.
