Dr. Brendan T. Higgins, M.D., MS, is an orthopaedic surgeon at Concord Orthopaedics specializing in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of shoulder, hip, and knee disorders, as well as traumatic injuries. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and later received a Master of Science in Health Leadership from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice.
Dr. Brendan T. Higgins, M.D., MS, completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, followed by an elite fellowship in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute in Vail, Colorado, where he trained directly under leading pioneers in joint conditions and sports injuries. He holds active memberships with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine (AOSSM), and the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons (SOMOS). Affiliated with Concord Hospital and the Orthopaedic Surgery Centers in Derry and Concord.
Dr. Brendan T. Higgins, M.D., MS, also serves as a team physician for U.S. Ski & Snowboard and several local New Hampshire high schools, dedicating his practice to returning patients of every age and skill level to their desired passions and pursuits.

Very happy with the attention and concern from Dr Higgins. First rotator cuff surgery was very successful and he is now treating an injury on the other.
