First time visiting Dr Steen, gave me a Cortisone shot took 5 X-rays but i still don’t know whats wrong! But over all a nice guy

He spent time with me,reviewed m y xrays and showed me the fracture on the xray. He discussed treatments. With excluded replacing the left shou, cd shoulder, with a reverse appliance, and first letting the fx heal and rechecking fx in a month. G a very me instructions to help it heal. He answered all my questions. I am very confident with Dr. Steen and looking forward to this surgery to getting back to normal. I plan to do all the I nstructions He gives me. I am so blessed his practice is only 6 miles from home.

Very poor interpersonal skills. When given a pleasant goodbye, he responded by whining about workload. Disgusting, esp w staff around making far less $$. Needs reminding he’s also a businessman. Patients are customers—a monetary business transaction is occurring. Or not. Will go elsewhere despite liking FOA overall.

Dr. Steen operated on my ankle to repair a very bad break. It took a plate and 10 screws to repair it. He did such a wonderful job on the surgery. I will have full use of my ankle, also the scar is barely noticeable.

Dr. Steen is very thorough and addressed my issue quickly. I was able to get an appointment within 1 week. I have an ongoing shoulder problem, and the cortisone shot he gave me seems to be helping. He's also the only doctor out of 4 I saw a year ago that could find a bicep tear in my right arm.
