I had a 945 appointment and didn’t get seen until almost 1030. Dr. Shama is fantastic but I don’t understand when my appointment was that early. She could be running 45 minutes late.

Dr. Shambaugh explained what was wrong with my shoulder(rotator cuff). I received a cortisone shot. Will continue with PT and see her at a follow up appointment.

Completing her orthopedic surgery residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, she received awards for overall academic performance, commitment to orthopedic resident education, and outstanding patient care. During her sports medicine fellowship training at New England Baptist Hospital, Dr. Shambaugh served as an assistant team physician for the Boston Celtics and Harvard University Crimson. She currently serves as a team physician for Providence College. In her spare time, Dr. Shambaugh enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities including soccer, softball, skiing, hiking, and running.
