Wait times are excessive. I waited over 90 minutes for my first appointment and was given a “first thing in the morning” slot for my follow up as an apology for the long wait. I waited 45 minutes for that visit as well. Be prepared.

Braidy is an amazing doctor. I appreciate that she takes as much time as each patient needs. What I don’t like is how much they pack her schedule and then she’s running an hour behind. For me knowing this ahead of time would’ve been helpful, because I could’ve been more prepared. Today was great, because I knew to expect that. She has an excellent bedside manner!

Doc is very caring. Listens and answered all my questions. Just disappointed in wait time, I had 145 appt and was not seen until 345.
