Dr Heaps took the time to show and explain the results of the MRI. He was extremely personable and made me feel I was part of the process. He explained the partial knee replacement procedure and the recovery where I felt comfortable with the expected results. I really like Dr Heaps and I completely expect the results to be as he promised.
