Dr Young is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I was worried that reverse shoulder surgery was going to be painful and to my surprise, it was pretty much a painless experience. Rehab has been easy also. I contribute that to Dr. Young skill as a surgeon. He also made me feel at ease because he prayed with me before going into surgery. I can’t thank Dr Young enough for such a good experience.

He commented about my health care issues as a “slew of medical issues” :(. I am already so very self conscious about them. All are related to autoimmune conditions. Which I wish more than anything could be cured and done away with. I hate how they have affected my life and even cost me my career. Then when checking my injury site, I reflexively called out in pain and he kind of irritatedly said, “well I have to check you out”. I totally didn’t mean to cry out and told him I am glad he is checking me out, I’ve been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for someone and want him to check me, I just wasn’t expecting the fast, sharp pain at that moment.
Maybe. He was just having an off day. Hopefully, next visit will go better. I am always willing to give second chances. I know how a bad day can be.
