Dr. Bradley K. Vaughn is a board-certified surgeon experienced in adult total joint replacement and revision surgery. Prior to joining Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in 1992, he received his medical degree from the University of Illinois, completed his residency at the University of California, and pursued his fellowship in adult reconstruction in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to performing total hip and knee replacements and revisions, Dr. Vaughn consults in the development of current surgical techniques and the design of implants for hips and knees. He also participates in studies to improve existing procedures and devices. He has published articles in all the major medical journals. Dr. Vaughn lectures at medical meetings throughout the United States, as well as Europe, Australia, and Japan.

Dr. Vaughn takes the time to listen and answer patient questions. He is empathetic and compassionate. You know he cares about your health and well being. It's a rare quality in a doctor these days.
Spent as much time as needed and answered all my questions without appearing to be rushed. Not eager to rush into surgery as the first option.
Textbook surgery and recovery!
Been my Orthopedic knee surgeon for the past 26 years, at which time he did total knee replacements on both knees. To this day I have never had any serious issues with either knee. He is the best doctor of any specialty I have ever known. Thank you Dr. Vaughn
