With this explanation, my treatment plan was developed; and I can’t believe I don’t feel the annoying pain I had been having in my inguinal area for the past three months or so. This is second time seeing Dr Smith and my first adjustment. I have had adjustments in past that were extremely painful. I was nervous but he made it so comfortable and easy going . The adjustment gave me immediate relief I am so glad I came! Gonzaba better keep him happy I’m not sure they can find another doctors as good as him .

Bradley Smith very friendly and very polite this is my second time going there he welcome me back.

The reason I gave him this score is cause I had my appointment on 8/23/22 @ 9:30. So I did have treatment and massage on both my legs. But what I didn't understand is how he knows what I needed done with me if he never examed me. I have been evaluated by this doctor three different times and he has only examined me once only.

I felt he could have spent more time with me. Didn't really address my issue.

Therapy is wonderful but waiting in the lobby is horrible. Office employees are loud!!! I heard all about Sonic. Dairy Queen etc. They speak so loud among each other. So unprofessional. And the worse is when one gets off the phone with a patient, they convey the entire conversation with other employees.

Very friendly and very nice. Gave 4 stars only because he left me on the table after saying he'd be back to check on me in 3 minutes but then never did. He was going to adjust the electrical pads he placed on my back to a higher level but instead a different therapist (who never introduced herself) arrived and took over my care. The pads were never adjusted and I never saw Brad again.

I just want to say good doctors are hard to find they listen to what you have to say they are not in a hurry to rush you out thank you for taking your time for all the patience

His personality is great, I just wished he would have talked about a goal for my condition. I explained my pain and he explained his thoughts on what it sounded it could be and that was it, that was the last I saw of him. No goals, no explanation on how the therapy would help or in his opinion how long it would take. His staff could be a little friendlier and more helpful, more hands on.

Dr Brand was very helpful and really liked visiting with him.Hopefully I'll be able to get the help that I have been needing since last October.Because of the COMMITTEE there I have had to live with all this pain.

I met him when he introduced himself just as I was starting my physical therapy and that was it. The rest of the times that I was scheduled for physical therapy the other staff that were assigned to that area were very professional.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Smith’s for over a decade. He has the best bed side manner. Friendly and attentive to everyone he serves. Today he adjusted my back/neck and I feel brand new. Neck and shoulder pain is gone. I won’t trust anyone else with my back and neck adjustments. Thank you Dr. Smith!!

He seemed to be a very concerned about my pain and listen very carefully as to how I describe the pain shooting through my body. He chose a course of treatment which seems to have have a better result for me and I will see him on Tuesday and hopefully we will continue.
