Great doctor

I have had Type ! Diabetes for 61 years. Most doctors take that information with a grain of salt. Dr. King asked the usual questions, took the usual tests, did all the usual things. Then, bless his heart, he asked me how many years I had had T1D. When I told him, he turned to his nurse as if to say "Can you believe that?" and all but kissed my feet. I believe he was genuinely impressed with my 20/20 corrected vision, A1C of 6 and the fact that I am still alive. And while other doctors might be impressed, Dr. King actually took the time to let me know. He has no idea how much I appreciated that! I checked out and went into the bathroom where I burst into tears of sheer joy! I love the man!!!

I was a walk-in patient with a severe eye infection. Dr. King saw me immediately. He was very thorough and professional. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and Dr. King.

Searched for someone all morning who could see me on very short notice due too pretty severe problem I was having and having no luck. Had a friend refer me too them, made the call and was in the office 2 hours later! Even with a 45 minute drive I couldn’t have been more pleased with Dr. King and his staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend too anyone in the area or like myself that had too make a little drive!

Doctor King was thorough with his exam. He answered my questions and was extremely nice . He is truly a professional with an abundance of knowledge concerning the eyes!

Dr K was excellent. The rest of my visit was not good. I waited an hour and half past my appointment time before I was called to see the doctor. This has happened before. I like Dr. King, but I am going somewhere else for my eye care from now on.
