Went in for a routine eye exam only. Dr. King asked me how everything has been and I said great and mentioned how I was diagnosed with IIH, which is under control and I have no issues with it. Just by me telling Dr. King that I have a new health condition, it was automatically billed to medical instead of vision insurance. I now have to pay for my entire visit out of pocket as my VSP won’t cover it because I told him I have a new health condition that has not been bothering me at all and all I needed was a routine eye exam. This is a prime example of a practice that is money hungry and cares more about the money than their patients. I will never be returning and don’t recommend to anyone.
