His explanations are very clear and he listens.
Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. He took quite a bit of time to review my x-rays and MRI images with me and explain the findings. He made recommendations for treatment based on my desires and lifestyle and goals. He was easy to talk with and I did not feel rushed.
Lacking bedside manner or sense of concern. I felt like I was bothering them with seeking care.
Dr. Saitta listens carefully, explains in detail, and makes a conservative plan for treatment. You can’t ask for any more than that from a doctor.
I understand doctors are busy. I waited an hour and a half. And that's okay. But I didn't like was my office visit with him was super fast.
Arrived at 2:45 for 3 pm appt. Approximately, called finally to I was called in to see Doc. To be told they didn’t have my X-rays I wouldn’t be seeing the Doctor due to no X-rays. When appt was made, the person arranging my appt. would contact the appropriate offices to send records (X-rays) Not a good start with new patient.
Dr. Saitta is a wonderful, caring doctor.
While Bradley recommend surgery, he wasn’t quick to rush me into the procedure. He understands it’s on my time line. very compassionate.
Very thorough and communicated well.
