My first time visit as a new patient and I was very happy. Dr Baker spent time and listened to my concerns.

He was professional and didn’t push me into a specific treatment. I like him!

Had problems with one of his staff members Joanne and when trying to talk to him to let him know the problem Instead of apologizing or at least listen to my side he didn’t want to hear it. Also the day of the surgery told me it will take about 30min for surgery and 30min for the anesthesia but when he was done he never went to talk to my husband or no one from the Hospital. My husband waited for 2 1/2 hours worried and waiting for someone to let him know if I was ok, until he went and asked a staff member. I had no follow up instructions from the doctor or hospital. When I asked the hospital they told me the doctor had already talked to my husband but he never did.

Dr. Baker provided a reasoned assessment on a previously serviced knee (4x) - Other Dr’s. As the degenerative condition may have crossed a “ it’s gonna be very noticeable from here on”, I am not ready/ prepared for a knee replacement.
Liquid treatments for the near future until mind and body are ready to accept that next big step. Glaucoma patients expound on why didn’t I do surgery sooner. One day I may be that patient, however Dr Baker advised all structures present- thinning and functional with tolerances diminishing. Looks like I’m on the periodic review/assessment calendar.
Thank You Dr. Baker for Your time in assessing the damage I accrued serving the public. One day- maybe, just not yet.
Again, Thank You for Your time.
