Very thorough and very helpful. I like the current plan on working through my shoulder issue.

My son recently had surgery on his shoulder. Dr.Baker is kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and takes his time to explain what the entire process would entail. He made a very nervous young man feel much more at ease about the whole situation. We would highly recommend Dr. Baker.…. Aside from that everyone else in the office was amazing especially Jason who removed his stitches. And the surgery center where the surgery took place was incredible… from front desk to anesthesia to PACU nurses. We would definitely see Dr. Baker since his other shoulder may require surgery.

Have had multiple appointments and each one was met with nice employees and Dr. Baker is informative and thorough.

I felt so confident in Dr. Baker before and even directly after surgery. In my second post op, however, he didn't even touch/look/examine the affected area. I guess he is so confident in his work that he doesn't need to check it? That lack of exam has severly decreased my confidence in my well-being, so has dropped my rating.

Dr Baker is a very talented surgeon. I know from experience as he successfully fixed my left shoulder in 2021. My current visit was with regard to an evaluation on my right knee. He is a perceptive and knowledgeable diagnostian as well. A very good loaner as well. He helped me to have a plan to maintain and improve my current knee situation. Also, the staff as in x-ray tech and other technical wee great!

Dr. Baker listened inattentively to my concerns and offered (what I believed) the best option for treatment of my shoulder at this stage.

Everything always runs smoothing when I need a knee drainage. They are patience with me as it’s clearly not my favorite thing to do. Dr. Baker nurse is angel from heaven during the process with me.

Didn't go over much with me. Told me I can get injections but did not discuss anything else regarding my x rays. I waited an hour and a half to see the Dr for 5 minutes. On my follow my health app it says I was given options for PT and things I did not receive.

I’ve had so many issues with the staff he has and would never recommend them unless a person is diligent with the care and treatments they require. I was lied to about my surgery and found out the day it was supposedly scheduled it was never even scheduled. I NEVER received an apology for the lies and mistreatment.

You sent me about five emails telling me to be there at one o’clock for my 1:40 appt I was put in a room at that time and sat there for 45 min I opened the door and asked where the doctor was he came in five mins later spent 10 mins and left I was there a total of two hours and I was there on time

Total waste of a morning. After filing out pages of documentation NOSC already had from a week ago, I waited there until 50 minutes past my appointment time, with not communication whatsoever, and had to leave, as I too work abs have a calendar. Totally disrespectful

Never got the chance to see him, the Doctor. I opt to not to continue the appointment based on the initial questioning of my visit once I was in the examination room. Reason: Initial appointment was shoulder related based on MRI recommended by the ER Doctor. However, while waiting for appointment day I managed to gain entry to my regular Doctor, his finding based on MRI was neck related, not shoulder. After explaining the variances, I was told Dr only could address shoulder. I had questions about both, especially since the GPS all falls into the same geography location. Therefore based not being able to address questioning I had, I chose to seek out sources whereas I can question any medical findings openly & not be dismissed.

Usually he has a great demeanor.. when he came in he didn't seem in a good mood. I know my shoulder wasn't ever gonna be great.. talking to him actually made me feel WORSE... the male nurse that did my injections actually made me feel better.. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO HIM TO GET MY INJECTIONS.. IM DISAPPOINTED IN HIM FOR I ALWAYS SPOKE HIGHLY OF HIM TO MY FAMILY..

Couldn’t get a word in. Didn’t look at any notes said I have arthritis and didn’t mention anything about a tear in my shoulder. Wanted to inject me with steroids without looking at notes saying I’m allergic. Could’ve been been really bad situation. Dangerous dr.

Dr. Baker made me wait two hours to be seen, I heard and saw him talking and joking around with his staff while O waited in the exam room, he and his staff were saying these about patients that were inappropriate and unprofessional!

We could not get past staff, 2 nurses. Went for MRI Consultation, had images and report but not medical history. Doc had enough info to meet, greet and consult but we were dismissed like rotten cheese. Doc decision or pissy lousy staff? His lost on $$$$. We are going to Stanford to have our standards met.

Dr Baker is the best and his nurses man I feel so much better today I need a doctor to give me a shot in the left lumbar I have fractured it five six years ago when I was about 65 and man I'm having a lot of pain in that left lumbar and I'm going to see if I can get a a referral they told me they was going to give me a referral so I can do both of them and the same appointment but I found out that I couldn't so I'm trying to do that now thank you so much Dr Baker feel wonderful doctor man and I'm not going nowhere else

My first time seeing Dr. Baker I found him friendly. Although when I asked him questions I kind of had to pry things out of him in regards to my shoulder such as are there any better ways to sleep he said not really everyone seems to have that problem. I was looking for him to confirm that you can sleep on one side with a pillow or or offer other tips that I’m not aware of, but I I had to drag it out of him. I liked his bedside manner and would see him again but I would like a little more hay this is what you should do here are some things you can try. We talked about two options getting operation or getting a shot. I did like his detailed exclamation of the MRI. I felt he was very thorough and I understood what he was talking about in regards to the thickness of my tendons.

Dr Baker was great. He was prompt to the point and I was in and out of the office with X-Rays and cortisone shots 15 Minutes after my appointment time.

New receptionist dressed in blue that checked me in was extremely rude . Doctor was great as always.

Dr Baker is always pleasant and courteous. He explains things in plain language so a person knows what he is talking about. Also, he does not push surgery like others I have talked too.

I like the way Dr Baker explains what is going with your issue. He really cares about his patients. I hope I never see him again, but if I have to see a doc , he's the only one.

Your receptionist paired Me with this Dr. who wouldn’t even hear me out . Wouldn’t even give me full body Xray or testing for my pain I’ve been having on my left side by my shoulder . This appointment was absolutely pointless , I was very sad after as I was hoping to maybe get some answers or be pointed in the right direction ..... I walked out with nothing ....I will never come here again and I am trying to push my family into going elsewhere for care

Dr. Baker is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Today one of his assistants gave me cortisone shots in my left shoulder and she was excellent. Both show extreme professionalism and positive demeanor. You can tell that they take their work seriously and I would prefer to never have to see anyone other than them. I went back to the clinic to get another cortisone injection as the last one worked amazingly well. This was no different. I was in an out quickly and the shot gave me no discomfort. Excellent.

I felt Dr. Baker was not interested in my care whatsoever, in a two minute conversation he forgot my age twice and couldn’t remember which knee I was more focused on with my pain. He offered no tangible solution on what procedures could be done, just summed my pain up to osteoarthritis and left it there. As a 40 year old I’m looking for a solution to enhance my quality of life so that I can travel and shop again without constant knee pain and he offered none.

Everyone was so nice. Dr explained everything to me. Things I didn’t even think about to ask. Great. A+
