Really nice, takes the time to explain everything. I have never felt rushed and I understand every step of the process to have my injury fixed! Highly recommend!

Dr. Palmer is very kind and attentive. He’s done work on my husband in 2013, myself (carpal tunnel both hands) in 2016, and I recently saw him again (2025) for a trigger finger, HIGHLY recommend!

Dr Palmer is the best.

Dr Palmer is very professional in the office, however, it’s too long of a wait for a follow up after a procedure.

Very disappointed with his ability to fix my problem. This has been a constant issue and he blames everyone else. It must be too aggressive PT, etc. Then it was my neck not shoulder. It took me another 2 months to get realize it was torn again. Then after 2nd surgery it was not successful again. I spent almost a year in a sling now. 3rd surgery and a severe pain running down my scapula. And numbness from forearm to fingers.

Really seems interested in “helping” me resolve a rather complicated shoulder issue. Super nice bedside manner and very personal and professional.
