He listens to me; actually sits down, and has a conversation about my pain. He never comes across as judgmental and explains what medications he prescribes and why. He also puts me at ease when he has done injections and is transparent about the procedures including any pain, what he will be doing etc. I have been to other doctors in this clinic and Dr Jex is the most attentive and is the only Dr I will see. He is amazing.

He tends to do all of the talking, very rapidly, and not give me a chance to ask questions. But he does a great job and what he prescribed works.

Dr. Jex was so patient with answering our questions. He explained everything to us and gave us the pros and cons and his recommendations, but allowed for us to make our own decision. He appeared very caring and sympathetic. We are so glad to have been introduced to Dr. Jex. We really feel that he has our best interest in mind and look forward to continue working with him..
