His previous clinical experience has included running an epidermolysis bullosa (EB) specialty clinic where he managed patients with simplex, junctional and dystrophic EB. Dr. Candela is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and has authored numerous publications and presented research at local and national conferences.

Excellent engagement, thorough, complete post biopsy plan
I was real impressed with Dr. Candela. He figured out the cause of my skin rash by looking carefully, asking the right questions and prescribing the correct treatment that helped me right away! On a personal level, he is a very nice, friendly doctor. I enjoyed meeting him!
