The PA (Zack) did a good job on examining my knee and discussing options. He recommended a shot on the knee. Dr. Wills thoroughly explains the procedure he is going to do. He recommends procedures that will help you but he does not pressure you into anything. He lets the patient make all the decisions. But when the patient decides on a course of action Dr. Wills and his staff get everything arranged quickly. And Zack is the friendliest and most competent person I’ve worked with.

I have received excellent. Dr Wills and the care and the care of his staff have me released from PT at four months I have a full range of motion. And the before and after exercises for surgery are beneficial.

The full knee replacement surgery and early recovery were not nearly painful as expected. It’s been as 3 months since surgery and I’m walking without limp and back to most activities. Flexion continues to improve and doing PT on my own. Dr. Wills and staff have been attentive to my concerns, have answered all my questions, and reassured me of my successful progress through the recovery. My experience with TOC procedures and notifications are that of a finely tuned machine. The entire process from initial consultation through surgery and recovery were seamless. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.

Doctor spent 3 minutes talking to me, felt no interest from him in my case, he seemed to have been in a hurry, but it was only 8:30 in the morning. I will probably seek a second opinion.

Dr Wills was AWESOME! I was shocked; he actually listened to what I had to say; didn’t make me feel like it’s all in my head, as a few doctors have. I have several issues, due to DV and some other health issues; however he reassured me that he would check everything and fix what can be fixed! The Check-In Kiosk was laborious. The reception staff were professional and polite. My wait from checking in to being called back for the scheduled appointment was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Dr. Wills was friendly and professional. He clearly explained what was causing the pain and gave me the choice of two options for treatment.

Too abrupt. Doesn’t listen to answer when he asks a question. When you try to explain symptoms some of which may be unrelated he has dismissive attitude. Doesn’t take time to explain diagnosis in terms patient understands and pointed out issues from unrelated condition that can easily be misinterpreted as anxiety.
