Condescending Rude and not informative I went for a follow up He is not capable of explaining anything or addressing concerns. It does not surprise me that the staff changes often Dealing with this arrogant attitude The staff facial expression look like they are at a funeral No matter how smart he thinks he is it is useless if you are unable to serve your clients He looks like he slept in his clothes
