Blanca I. Durand, MD

Dr. Blanca I. Durand, M.D., is a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist who has been serving the Stockbridge, Georgia community since 1999. She earned her medical degree from the Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico (1989–1993), followed by her internship and residency at the State University of New York in Buffalo (1993–1998). She then completed a fellowship at the Ear Research Foundation in Sarasota, Florida (1998–1999). Dr. Durand is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of adult and pediatric hearing loss, balance disorders, tinnitus, ear and throat infections, allergic and non-allergic rhinitis, and chronic sinusitis. Dr. Durand is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care using advanced medical technologies. She emphasizes the importance of listening and understanding each patient’s needs, combining her years of training and experience to enhance their overall quality of life.
