Very pleasant friendly when she first walked in I didn’t expect her to be the doctor because at that time I didn’t know if the first name, but during our conversations, we found out that she was in an area where we lived before like I said it’s a small world very very nice person

Today I had an unplanned office visit with Dr. Blanca Durand, and I left my appointment feeling something that has become all too uncommon in healthcare - I felt genuinely cared for.
Dr. Durand is exceptionally knowledgeable, but what impressed me even more was her kindness, compassion, and humble, down-to-earth personality. She took the time to listen, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and treated me with the respect every patient deserves.
In my opinion, a caring bedside manner is just as important as medical knowledge, and unfortunately, it seems to be a quality that’s becoming harder to find. Too often, patients can feel like they’re simply another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Durand reminded me that there are still physicians who truly care about the people sitting in front of them.
