I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Durand. Her patient management is excellent—she took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns and asked insightful follow-up questions to get a full picture of my situation. She then developed a practical, step-by-step treatment plan tailored to me. If you are looking for an attentive and thorough ENT, she is fantastic.

Today I had an unplanned office visit with Dr. Blanca Durand, and I left my appointment feeling something that has become all too uncommon in healthcare - I felt genuinely cared for.
Dr. Durand is exceptionally knowledgeable, but what impressed me even more was her kindness, compassion, and humble, down-to-earth personality. She took the time to listen, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and treated me with the respect every patient deserves.
In my opinion, a caring bedside manner is just as important as medical knowledge, and unfortunately, it seems to be a quality that’s becoming harder to find. Too often, patients can feel like they’re simply another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Durand reminded me that there are still physicians who truly care about the people sitting in front of them.
Thank you, Dr. Durand, for your professionalism, compassion, and for making such a positive difference during my visit today. I highly recommend her to anyone…….

Dr. Durand has been my daughter's ENT since she was a baby, my daughter is now 18 years old. We love Dr. Durand, she provides exceptional care, she has an amazing bedside manner and we will be forever grateful for her and all the care she has provided our family. She is hands down the best ENT ever!!
