Dr. Blake Middleton provides skilled, non-surgical treatment for athletic and musculoskeletal injuries, and a comprehensive approach to the prevention, diagnosis, and management of exercise-related injuries, disorders, dysfunctions, and disease processes. His specialties include endurance medicine, ultrasound-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures, concussion care, and primary medicine. Dr. Middleton's practice includes three important components in patient care: completing an appropriate, thorough history and physical; development of an appropriate treatment plan; and the establishment of trust with all patients. He is a native Oklahoman, son of a nurse, endurance sports enthusiast, and an avid traveler. Dr. Middleton and his wife, Katie, have three very active, young children.

I felt better before I left the office. Can’t believe how much better I feel hardly have any pain. Can put my shoes and socks on. Dr. Middleton and Nurse helped walk me through the shot. Wasn’t that painful I rate them as great. Would recommend. Thank you Dr Middleton for pushing me a bit, caring and bedside manners. I hardly have any pain.
