Dr. Blake Middleton provides skilled, non-surgical treatment for athletic and musculoskeletal injuries, and a comprehensive approach to the prevention, diagnosis, and management of exercise-related injuries, disorders, dysfunctions, and disease processes. His specialties include endurance medicine, ultrasound-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures, concussion care, and primary medicine. Dr. Middleton's practice includes three important components in patient care: completing an appropriate, thorough history and physical; development of an appropriate treatment plan; and the establishment of trust with all patients. He is a native Oklahoman, son of a nurse, endurance sports enthusiast, and an avid traveler. Dr. Middleton and his wife, Katie, have three very active, young children.

Blake and his team do an outstanding job. You feel like a patient and not another number in this office. I have have had injections from other Doctors and it wasn’t a good experience. If you need injections I highly recommend Blake and his team!
