Dr. Blake Middleton provides skilled, non-surgical treatment for athletic and musculoskeletal injuries, and a comprehensive approach to the prevention, diagnosis, and management of exercise-related injuries, disorders, dysfunctions, and disease processes. His specialties include endurance medicine, ultrasound-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures, concussion care, and primary medicine. Dr. Middleton's practice includes three important components in patient care: completing an appropriate, thorough history and physical; development of an appropriate treatment plan; and the establishment of trust with all patients. He is a native Oklahoman, son of a nurse, endurance sports enthusiast, and an avid traveler. Dr. Middleton and his wife, Katie, have three very active, young children.

Very friendly and made the experience of having the injections way easier! Very professional!
In addition to being very skilled, Dr. Middleton is compassionate and truly cares about his patients. He listens, asks questions and I never feel rushed.
Fastest doctor visit I have ever had! He did a great job of explaining the procedure and walked E through it as it was ongoing. Staff did a great job as well. Highly recommend!
