Dr. Blake Middleton provides skilled, non-surgical treatment for athletic and musculoskeletal injuries, and a comprehensive approach to the prevention, diagnosis, and management of exercise-related injuries, disorders, dysfunctions, and disease processes. His specialties include endurance medicine, ultrasound-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures, concussion care, and primary medicine. Dr. Middleton's practice includes three important components in patient care: completing an appropriate, thorough history and physical; development of an appropriate treatment plan; and the establishment of trust with all patients. He is a native Oklahoman, son of a nurse, endurance sports enthusiast, and an avid traveler. Dr. Middleton and his wife, Katie, have three very active, young children.

Dr Middleton is very kind and has a gentle touch. He is easy to talk to, also. He has helped me greatly with a back and hip injury. AND, he comes to Norman!!! Yeah!
My orthopedic doctor recommended that I have a steroid shot in my right shoulder to ease arthritis pain. I saw Dr. Middleton and his nurse. Both of them did an excellent job during the procedure and I really appreciated their friendly and professional service.
