In my first meeting with Dr. Haguewood he led me through the cataract/glaucoma combination surgery and the benefits/shortcomings of each. We then went through a basic decision tree beaded on my desired outcomes. REMEMBER, this surgery is a one time event so focus on your desired outcomes when making your decisions. Dr. Haguewood emphasized the early decisions in the decision tree can expand or limit your later choices. Dr. Haguewood made me feel comfortable as we walked through the process and very honest with what this surgery could and could not do. At the end of our discussion Dr. Haguewood summarized our decisions and then released me for Scheduling I am looking forward to getting these two surgeries done and seeing well with a much reduced or complete elimination of glasses at all focal lengths.
