Dr. Bharathy Sundaram, or Dr. B as she is commonly called, joined TIND in 1994. She has a special interest in Multiple Sclerosis and is the Director of the MS Clinic. She also has a significant interest in spasticity, movement disorders, epilepsy, and stroke. She has a passion for learning new procedures which improves the quality of life for her patients. She has brought some very complex neurological procedures to North Texas which are usually done at major universities like DBS and Botox for neurological disorders. She enjoys the special interaction with patients as they understand their disease process. She also is instrumental in developing the stroke program at Texoma Medical Center which has won accolades for its accomplishments as the primary stroke care center in Sherman/Denison region.
Dr. B has been married to Easwar for 27 years and together they have three children; all of whom attend college around the country. She enjoys gardening, traveling, and music. She especially loves her dogs, music, and the Isha Yoga meditation.

Her nurse was to call me on the order I need from Shield heathcare for Mike’s supplies of pads and diapers. Your office still has not corrected. I’ve had no pads or diapers and wipes since Three months HELP. And no report on his bloodwork on bit B D3 and Keppra.
She is all ways pleasant and spends enough time with me.

Dr B was targeted on my issues, and asked what my other doctors had told me, she answered my questions and told me what she did not know for sure. She’s actually contacting my other specialists. And the physical exam was more thorough than anything the others have given me. Her staff was efficient and kind as well. She’s given me hope that we can get to the source of my chronic illness.

Dr. B is very thorough in her examination & assessment. She is genuine & authentic w/her patient. You can tell that she has your best interest at heart. This is her vocation & not her business. I feel very comfortable & safe w/her treatment of my husband. She has actually helped me not to be so anxious. I SO WISH that the Medical profession had more physicians like her. She goes beyond her oath to do no harm, she actually wants her patients to have a good quality of life. I’m so grateful & blessed to have been referred to her. I will also refer her to others in my sphere of influence. Again, I’m grateful.
