He then served as Assistant Professor of Cardiology in the Department of Cardiology for 3 years at SRM Institute of Science and Technology in Chennai, India. Dr. Kidambi practiced interventional cardiology in India and the United Arab Emirates for 2 years. He subsequently completed advanced fellowship training in Complex and High-Risk Interventional Procedures (CHIP) at Mount Sinai Health System in New York.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). He is also a member of the European Society of Cardiology and the Heart Failure Society of America and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in cardiovascular medicine.
Dr. Kidambi takes special interest in complex coronary intervention, peripheral arterial interventions, and the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease, as well as intravascular imaging, coronary physiology, and advanced techniques for heavily calcified coronary disease.
