I think Dr. Blacketer has a warm and kind hearted bedside manner. She really listens to you and spends enough time talking, assessing, diagnosing and educating you to make you feel heard. I feel safe having Dr. Blacketer as my Primary Provider and being consistent within CHC.
Personable, professional. Super easy to talk to. Incredibly smart! She has definitely improved my quality of life!

I wasn’t able to see her during the appointment time because she was over an hour 15 minutes late and I had to leave for work. Disrespectful to my time.
Never met with me. Waited over an hour and a half, was only seen by nurse to take vitals. Never apologized and left after seeing her just sitting at her desk. Was just told she was seeing one patient before me.
