Wait time was extremely long. My appointment was schelduled at 2:30. I didn't see the Dr until 4. That, to me is just not acceptable. They had no excuse, just a "sorry for the long wait". Bethany was nice though. I have a follow up in three months. We will see if I have to wait an hour and half again. If so, will be going somewhere else.
I never saw Dr. Blacketer. I waited alone in the exam room for over 1 hour after the assistant left. This shows a high level of disrespect towards me and my time.
