Dr. Blacketer closely monitors my health challenges and makes adjustments and suggestions at each visit. I feel that she is a real team player and keeps a good handle on my health.
I chose an 8:30a appointment because typically I have to wait very long for the Dr to see me. I arrived early & was placed in a room. Even with an 8:30a appointment I had to wait 90 minutes. Why would the Dr be backed up 90 minutes with an 8:30a appointment? I informed them I could not wait any longer as I had to work. The front desk said I could not get an appointment until my next appointment on 6/2. I finally gave up and left. I really like Dr Blacketer. I thought I had finally found my Dr. However, your system is very dysfunctional. I work and cannot spend over 2 hours in a Dr office for a 30 mini her appointment.
Dr Blacketer is empathetic and knowledgeable. We have been with her for many years and we truly appreciate the ease with which we can ask any question, no matter how trivial. We’re very lucky to have her around and hope that she’ll stay around for many more years. A +++ and super awesome!!
Was called by office to come in; was in waiting room 45 minutes past appt time then told doc was running an hour 45 late. I left. Several times have waited in exam room 2 hours before seeing her with no explanation. Thinking maybe she just has too many patients. Might try another provider at CHC but will check patient load first
Dr. Blacketer always listens to my concerns and helps give me useful and actionable advice with a thorough treatment plan. I really appreciate her expertise!
