Left alone in an exam room for an hour during my initial visit with no updates on the delay. Upon inquiring, the doctor's immediate response from across the hallway was to ask if I wanted to reschedule. Disappointing lack of basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism.
Staff and Dr were amazing and covered all my concerns
