We met Dr. Sheffer early one morning after we had been in our local ER all night and was transferred to LeBonheur for surgery for my 3 year old daughter. He came in and saw us prior to surgery, explained everything well, and gave us time to ask questions. Lastly and most importantly, he took excellent care of my daughter. I have zero complaints!!

He was quick not very informative of my child’s situation. He seem a little irritated with my child so he left us in the room for about 20/25 mins to see other patients.
