I started with AMP because of kidney stones. Dr said I also needed a CT scan on bladder “ to be sure there wasn’t anything going on there “. I had a CT scan done on my bladder and a week later I went to the office for a follow up visit. I was not informed that they were going to do an internal scope. I was very unhappy that I was not allowed to prepare for this procedure. I suffer from anxiety, and if I had known, I would have prepared myself. After I left there, I had an anxiety attack. I feel like it was very unprofessional of you not to inform me of what I was in for. I received a letter from your office telling me that I had to have the scan and that I had to have a follow up visit, but there was nothing in there about an internal scope. When I talked to the nurse about this, her comment was.”sorry”.
I also feel like there’s nothing wrong with my bladder as was proven with the unnecessary and very expensive testing that I was put through.

The doctor answered all of our questions and let me tell you we had a host of them. Was very patient when the interpreter was interpreting.
