Nice guy, informative, but could have done appt virtually. Literally drove 2hrs for a 15-20 min appt. Also, not happy about the last appt a couple months ago that I had to reschedule because of poor communication. I called to let the office know that I would be 10 min late, I was there under the 10 min, and then you( Dr. McHone) told the office person that the doctor wouldn’t see me, so I raced literally driving an weaving through traffic at 90 miles an hour to get there and they tell me I had to reschedule. Definitely grinded my gears and kind of messed up that they couldn’t call me to let me know that before I almost killed myself to get there. I think it has something to do with the overseas help or number when you call you don’t get anyone at the office, it’s some overseas person that relays the message and doesn’t understand you. They tell you one thing, then come to find out it’s not accurate.
