We are new patients and our experience has been great. Dr. McCollum takes time to get to know his patients and is very attentive to details. He shows empathy and seeks the best course of treatment for his patients. His staff is very supportive too.

Dr Benjamin has always treated me with respect and has always answered all my questions. I am so pleased with him… professional but also down earth. He listens to me when I try to explain my symptoms I have his full attention. Eye contact is very important to me especially when I speak to anyone

Good visit. Even addressed a second (new) issue for me.
Appointments at this clinic are never on time. They ask us to come early only to wait extra long to be seen. Not sure this is Doctors fault but after about ten yrs at this clinic it’s getting old.
I’m also seen at the VA hospital and clinics in San Antonio is. They are almost always on schedule.
