Dr. Main was exceptional when treating my wife’s wrist fracture. From the moment we walked in, he was calm, confident, and incredibly professional. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood the treatment plan, and took genuine care of her throughout the process.
His competence shows in every step: precise, attentive, and truly committed to his patients. We felt supported, respected, and in very good hands.
We’re grateful for the level of care he provided. Highly recommend Dr. Main

Took the time to explain and answer all questions. Loved how he pointed out on computer and on the body what, where, and how he was looking at mri.

Dr. Main is awesome. My surgery was a revision of an ACL tear that was originally operated on 15-16 years prior. He offered not only a revision repair (using a quad tendon) but something called a LET to reinforce the longevity of the revision surgery. Great with communication, and the practice’s staff are friendly and funny ;)

His attention to detail is remarkable and a variety of sciences offered. I was a road pizza accident victim. Broken ribs, deviated septum, Shattered kneecap and 6 inch fracture in the core of my knee. Thank God I have his expertise as my path to recovery would have been worse.
