dr hackett is great but your schedualing for appointments is something else, i was supposed to have an appointment in 4 months, didn't happen, i complained for months , finally after 10 months i got an appointment only to find out that i need another surgery.

Very informative before surgery. Went through things several times to make sure I knew what he was going to do during my surgery.
