dr hackett is great but your schedualing for appointments is something else, i was supposed to have an appointment in 4 months, didn't happen, i complained for months , finally after 10 months i got an appointment only to find out that i need another surgery.

Very informative before surgery. Went through things several times to make sure I knew what he was going to do during my surgery. They were very prompt on getting back to me. He has an amazing team. Due to my bad. They needed to push my surgery out a few hours. But, his team made it happen! Thank you!
