He didn't show too much concern about me needing pain relief because it's been over a year & I have been coming up with ways to get a lil comfort for my right Heel Spur myself but you can do so much yourself but Burning & Stinging you can't do much on your own so I have been suffering a long time, after we discussed a minute, he said hold on & I was thinking he was going to look up something or call another doctor for something but a nurse came right back with my discharge paper & I told her he said on hold & I'm thinking he was coming back but she said Nall this is it which was the pink slip, Not Good at All

As a new patient, Dr. Grear didn’t make the best first impression. He came into the room sullen, not even offering a smile. As I explained my problem, he looked disinterested almost to the point of being bored. This is after I was seen by a resident who behaved similarly. I’m scheduled for a follow-up, but I’m apprehensive about attending the appointment. Patients (especially those in chronic pain) not only deserve a qualified physician, but one who is empathetic. Being busy is a nice problem to have, but only if it doesn’t compromise the level of care patients receive.

Dr. Great examined me, told me his professional opinion and scheduled a follow up appointment. He is a surgeon, but did not encourage me to have surgery. Wear the boot, and healing should be complete in about six months. It may take longer for the swelling to go away. I appreciate his honesty.

The doctor was fine. But the way to see him was ridiculous. And talking with the staff and scheduling team, the wait I experienced (over an hour) is normal for him. As I checked out, one of the other patients was having to reschedule because after waiting an hour and a half he had to get his wife to work.

He tried to fix my foot after another doctor messed it up.

He and the doctor in training did an excellent job trying to figure out what was causing the pain in my feet. They currently have me on some medicine that is making some difference. We are not there yet but we have made great progress.

My experience with Dr. Grear and the staff at Campbell Clinic was excellent. They were efficient and I was out in 45 minutes. Dr. Grear took time to listen to my questions and gave me his opinion on what he would do if he were in my shoes (pun intended).

Bad news is never easy to accept. Dr.Grear lead me thru the process of expectations. He was gentle and led me to the answer needed. I was not an easy patient to have at 4:45pm. Prob should have seen me at 7:30 am with a cup of coffee!!

My foot dr said I needed surgery on my left foot all this Dr can do send u to physical therapy I done physical therapy few years ago did not fix my problem so I'm waiting on regional one to get stuff together have surgery my heel is swollen, my foot swollen from walking on it my right foot has a knot on it from putting weight on my right foot my primary dr put me in a boot to heal my right foot, sick n tired of Dr's put u in physical therapy instead of helping you spur on my left heel rubs back my shoes I'm in this body I know my pain, my foot dr just dnt up put u in surgery if u didn't need it, I give dr gear 1 cause he acted like he brush me off instead of trying help me, come bk in 6 most u serious

The front anterior staff and cray was great. Dr. Great and resident awesome, but woman who brought in my discharge paper to tell me about my appt for 18th seemed to have problem with me asking her question. We've never been there before, a little understanding would have been appreciated. Didn't get her name but she has short black hair.

Since 2007 any time there is a open wound on the bottom of my foot, the ONLY way to get it to heal is a total contact cast. On this visit I was sent home with an open wound instead of another cast, which I am uncomfortable with.

Wonderful bed-side manner. Thorough and takes time answering all of your questions.

(1) I first had to talk to a resident and explain my medial issues to him. Why are you wasting my time with this when I had to repeat everything again to Dr. Grear? (2) I'm sure Dr. Grear has a personality but it's nowhere to be found. Acted like he was bored and uninterested. Maybe he was having a bad day. (3) A fellow was in the room with Dr. Grear. The fellow sat slouched down in a chair, appeared bored and sullen, and was sucking on his fingers like a 3 year old.
