I love Dr Domb obviously as a Dr. and surgeon , issue even though my appointment today was made specifically with him, I saw his pre PA first and only saw him for approximately 47 seconds (not an exaggeration) , I would of arranged my physical therapy there, but Jonathan (the PT scheduler) was probably the rudest person I’ve come across in a long time so I will pass on scheduling with him

The office visit was at extraordinary considering the high demand of this Institute. Due to the severity of my injury not only did Dr. Domb, personally make sure I was seen instantly but set up my recovery plan the same day. Praise God!

Dr. Domb repaired my left torn labrum. He did the BEST job ever! I no longer have pain or clicking. I even was provided video of the before and after, which I thought was really cool to watch. He is very professional and the best! I would trust him doing any of my operations in the future!

Dr. Domb was very thorough and holistic, asking about and assessing all of my images, conditions, and symptoms. I was there almost two hours before I actually saw Dr. Domb. His time is no more valuable than mine. That is unacceptable.

Dr Domb is an amazing surgeon! He did an excellent job with both of my hip surgeries. He and his staff and very kind, knowledgeable, and caring.

I waited 45 past my appointment time to seen and it wasn't even by Dr. Domb, it was by one of his PA's then when he finally did come in he was only in with me for maybe 10 minutes. I was there for almost 2 hours in total. Not a good way to treat a new patient.

The Best!

I was asked to wear the paper shorts which were a bit uncomfortable and I wasn't really examined so this was unnecessary.

Took time to hear my pains and problems. We seem to have a plan to move forward

Waited total of 2 hours for Dr. to spend less than 2 minutes with me. Though he is good at his job, there is a clear difference in his treatment of the patient when a male is present with them.

Dr Domb is an incredibly gifted surgeon, very caring, he has amazing bedside manner, you never feel rushed, he spends time with you and answers all your questions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch surgeon!!

He showed up 55 minutes late to a telehealth appointment and never acknowledged being late. His fellow had no idea I had an MRI (dr Domb ordered it) and made it pretty clear he didn't read my medical records before talking with me. They injected my hip flexor without reading the MRI causing me to have to pay for a cortisone shot that was completely unnecessary. His billing department refuses to provide Superbills for the $5000 dollar deposit required pre surgery.

Being in an HMO plan, I was allowed to change my location network to the network location for which Dr. Domb is affiliated with. It was not done as a drastic measure, but was a decision based upon technological innovation, as well as defined medical skill sets and knowledge. The decision tha went into securing Dr. Domb as my surgical physician was a simple one, that turned out to be well worth it.The motto for the American Hip Institute should be,We're Making Life Easier, One Patient At A Time!!

The care I received from Dr.Domb and his team was absolutely wonderful from the pre op to the post opp they always answered the questions I had in my head before I even asked them. Very clean and lovely clinic /rooms front desk staff is always so kind and helpful. Something that I especially liked was the fact that they go over your xrays and procedures with you visually which is great! I highly recommend Dr. Domb and will be seeing him for any further care I need with my knee. Thank you all!

Dr domb is professional and so very skilled. He did a fabulous job on my hip!!!

I am sure Dr Domb is great surgeon - if you are fit. Do not waste time or money on appointment if you are overweight. He’ll blow you off & say he’ll consider surgery when you reach xx weight. No advice for what you can/can’t do safely in meantime. No suggestions for pain management while you work to get weight off. Recommends bariatric surgery. Otherwise nothing.

Outstanding communication, compassionate doctor. Most professional well run doctors office I’ve experienced.

My appointment was at 3:30, and I didn’t see Dr Domb until 4:25 &even then it took him just 5min to see me. I wish I had more time with my doctor, or at the very least I wish it didn’t take almost an hour to be seen. I actually fell asleep waiting.

Dr Domb has a way of making you feel reassured and less scared of having to go under the knife. He explains the what and why and he isn’t quick to push surgery as the main option.

To be honest I really expected him to be full of himself. But he was very sincere and made me feel very comfortable.

Wish he treated me like all his patients. I hate leaving feeling like he won't help me or give me time because I'm poor and not famous. That's something I was warned about and definitely experience every time.
