I have been a patient of Dr. Benjamin Cooke at CHC in Atascadero for over four years, and I am extremely grateful for the care I have received from him. Dr. Cooke is an exceptional physician who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. He is always well-groomed and presents himself with the professionalism and calm confidence you hope to see in a physician. He listens carefully, explains his recommendations, and includes his patients in decisions about their care. I have always felt respected and treated as a partner, never talked down to or dismissed. His calm, courteous manner and genuine concern for his patients make him the kind of physician every patient hopes to have. I am truly disappointed that Dr. Cooke will be leaving CHC, as his departure is a significant loss for his patients and the Atascadero community.
