Dr Cilento knows sleep apnea very well and is far more educated on it compared to my previous ENTs. I feel like I can now get the proper care I need!

I was initially excited to return for my second appointment to receive my results. Unfortunately, my experience with the provider was disappointing. This was my first time meeting him, and he entered the room without introducing himself. I initiated a handshake and which he did return one as well. As he reviewed my results, he spoke through them quickly. When I asked for clarification because I didn't fully understand part of the explanation, he seemed annoyed at having to repeat himself. The interaction lacked patience and effective communication, which made the experience uncomfortable. While I appreciate that my initial medical issue was addressed, I believe the provider's demeanor and communication with patients could be improved.
