I told him a few times I have been in pain for mths and he never offered to call anything in for me which I thought was odd. The doctor is supposed to be attentive to the needs of the patient and he wasn’t. He was a nice person but didn’t go the extra mile.

Went for a second opinion and I am so thankful that I did. He was thorough and patient in his explanation. I didn’t feel rushed and left feeling hopeful.

Hands down best experience I’ve had with Dr. and staff. I am fairly young, super active, and seldom go to the Doc but have lived with a legitimate back injury for a while. Came to the practice due to back pain for over 10 years. I was not a candidate for surgery but was supposed to have a call back for a lumbar injection… never called. Was supposed to have a prescription filled, never filled it. Felt like because I was not a candidate for surgery, they didn’t put any further effort in. Found another Dr who is now treating the problem and working to help improve my health and mobility.

I seen dr shell july 2021 and he performed surgery on my thoracic area. If I di not find him when I did I possibly could be partially paralyzed.
