My appointment was for 8:40 AM. I checked in at 8:35 AM. I sat there for almost 45 minutes watching other people come in after me. Check in after me and Get get taken back before me. I asked the girl at the front desk if I was checked in properly and she really didn’t know all she said was is that you were backed up in the back that I would be getting taken back soon. I find that hard to believe I think somebody forgot to check me in. The meeting with the doctor was good and I do like the doctor very much but waiting 45 minutes for your appointment to me is unacceptable.

He was not good at explaining and was extremely rude. Staff was also very unpleasant and very long wait time.

Dr. Tarakji has been outstanding as my surgeon following a fall and serious shoulder and bicep injury. He is honest, straightforward, and intentional about your care and recovery. I feel fortunate to have been referred to him at the start of my process.
