Dr. Tarakji showed interest and empathy in resolving my issue when there was not a clear diagnosis. Good bedside manner. Made me feel comfortable if I am in need of coming back.

My appointment was for 8:40 AM. I checked in at 8:35 AM. I sat there for almost 45 minutes watching other people come in after me. Check in after me and Get get taken back before me. I asked the girl at the front desk if I was checked in properly and she really didn’t know all she said was is that you were backed up in the back that I would be getting taken back soon. I find that hard to believe I think somebody forgot to check me in. The meeting with the doctor was good and I do like the doctor very much but waiting 45 minutes for your appointment to me is unacceptable.
