Arrived at 12:38 for a 12:45 appointment. Was taken back to room at 12:45 and told the doctor would be with me in a few minutes. At 1:45 pm no one had even come in as a courtesy to say things are running behind but we will be with you soon. Nothing. I was going to hand over several thousand dollars that I work hard for and this was my first experience.

I originally went in for a quote on breast augmentation, but while I was there I also wanted to address a concern I had with the right side of my jaw. I’ve had buccal fat removal and chin lipo, and although the difference wasn’t obvious to others, I personally felt one side of my face was more defined than the other.
After discussing my concerns, I truly appreciated how the doctor took the time to listen and allowed me to show him exactly what I was noticing. He was very thorough and honest, and thankfully surgery wasn’t recommended. Instead, he suggested Botox in the masseter muscle to help create a more balanced and defined jawline.
I trusted his recommendation and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, he actually listens to his patients.
