Dr. Sharif takes time to educate families and address their concerns. “Family dynamics are changing, and people have hectic schedules these days. To maintain health and happiness in the home, I encourage everyone to decrease their screen time, go to bed at the same time each night, eat a healthy breakfast every day, and exercise at least 2-3 times a week.” He’s also a big proponent of washing hands - the key to preventing illnesses!
