“The Best” I couldn’t have asked for anything more! I tore my ACL, and injured meniscus and MCL. This type of injury has a long recovery and he has been available to me throughout! He is compassionate, attentive, and encouraging.

Provider was great. Staff, not so much. My sons name was called to come back, no greeting from the nurse. Just a “follow me” and into one door we went, told to sit, and she walked out. Waited over 40 minutes before provider came in and did his exam. He was great with everything. Got MRI scheduled. Not happy with that. Go to checkout and she literally barely spoke, never looked at us, and didn’t offer an appt reminder card or anything for my sons follow up appt. Do better Campbell’s.

X-rays & consult w/Dr. Philips in less than 2 hours.Timing remarkable given Collierville Clinic now closed/must make this clinic far more busy. Appreciated how promptly my Rx sent to our pharmacy as we live in Faytette County & could retrieve it on way home. Medical boot helping greatly-excellent care.

Dr. Phillips is nice and knows what he’s doing, but his PAs aren’t thorough, setting him up for failure. His assistant isn’t responsive, can come across as rude and condescending, and gives the general impression that she neither wants nor has time to speak to you. I haven’t gotten a call back on a specific issue in over a week. If you have an issue with paperwork, choose outside imaging for significantly better pricing, etc. it’s a nightmare. I’ve been a patient for close to 3 months and I still have unresolved physical issues and am so frustrated with the paperwork aspect, I’m looking for another doctor outside of Campbell Clinic. In general, I felt like I was on an ortho conveyor belt in a very strange factory, instead of being a patient. I don’t feel I’ve really been heard, taken seriously, or given the care and help with routine paperwork I need. There’s no reason that being a patient at a clinic should feel like a part time job, so I quit.

Injured my knee during a theatrical performance. Went to the walk-in clinic on Wednesday. Got into a room in a reasonable amount of time. X-rayed, then examined by Dr. Phillips. Determined I likely had a torn lateral meniscus. Scheduled for my MRI for Sat. Follow-up scheduled for the following Monday.

He didn’t surgery about 15 years ago on other elbow and it is great. When shoulder started hurting went online made a appt that day and one shot later I am good to go. Arthritis can really hurt. Thankful all happened quickly. Really like his way with patients and entire office friendly and caring.

This was our very first visit as my son was referred to Dr Mitchell. He was thorough in examination and we discussed next steps. I know we are in good hands as he was highly recommended by his peers.

Dr Phillips is a great doctor! He takes a lot of time with you and is very caring.

Dr Phillips was not very personable or concerned. As a patient with a very painful injury, he did not inquire about my pain level. He reviewed my documents and suggested surgery. That’s all. No direction on what to do between then and a surgery, No direction on how to care for my injury in the meantime, nothing. Then once he suggested surgery he left me in the room, only for an assistant to come in and say “you can go now”. No salutation, No well wishes, and no directions on moving forward. My wife then asked to see him again before we left just to get some direction on how to handle the injury between then and the intervention, so he went and got an ace bandage and quickly wrapped my injury. Then that was that again. I definitely wouldn’t refer anyone to him.
