She completed her training at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ, and was board certified in internal medicine in 1997. Originally from the Philippines, she also completed her residency training in internal medicine and has resided in Modesto since 1990.

Such an amazing caregiver, kind, attentive, and genuine. She is a cut above most doctors, knowledgable and truly HEARS you. I am so very grateful to have Dr. Kennedy-Funtila as My PCP!
