Dr. Barbara Garcia, M.D., is a primary care physician specializing in diabetes care, primary prevention, women’s health, and adolescent care. Dr. Garcia graduated from The University of California, Los Angeles, in 1996 and completed residency training at St. Joseph’s Hospital, where she trained in the OB/GYN Department for two years before transferring to the Department of Family Medicine. She then worked in private practice in Maryvale for six years before joining the Abrazo Medical Group in 2016.
In her free time, Dr. Garcia enjoys spending time with her husband, their three sons, and the family dog. She also enjoys visiting family and friends back home in Southern California.
